Editing my rating and Giving 4 stars because I had a good experience with the service center but didn’t like the sales tactics of the finance manager…tried everything he could to get me to finance through their bank despite me being pre approved through my own bank, then marked up the extended warranty 4,000$. Had my bank not offered me the same plan for a fraction of the cost I would have been duped out of thousands of dollars. Service center is pleasant to work with.

I stopped here in the second week of February to car shop. I let the sales guy, Raul, know that I am looking for a corolla, in a darker color, and I'd like it in 2 or so weeks. I wanted a gas one and nothing fancy in it. My other car is a 1994 ford ranger. That has no bells and fancy stuff. So I was a little concerned about a brand new car with all the fancy tech. At the time of my first visit, the dealership didn't have any gas corolla in yet so Raul showed me a hybrid, just so I'd know what I was looking at and the rough size. He found a nice blue one that would come in in roughly 3 weeks. I said that would be perfect. Once it was in, I came back in and took it for a test drive. Fantastic! The steering was so smooth. Raul was fantastic. Told me all the functions in the brand new car. I must have asked him a million questions about what all the buttons where for. I then went to sign the loan docs with a guy in finance. He was wonderful, I don't remember his name, but he was super sweet and nice to work with. A little over a week of having the new car I had questions about the two warranties I sighed up for. So I went in and spoke with a lady in finance. I wanted to cancel the warranties, because my friend said warranties are a waste of money.. the lady in finance talked me through both extended warranties I had and asked why I wanted to cancel them, she even gave me the paperwork in case I did want to. She told me all about them, which I am sure I heard before but buying a car your head gets full of information really quickly. I told her I want to keep them at this moment and I was really grateful she went over them in such detail with me. If Google would let me, I'd give each of the 3 people I worked with buying my new car(I love it) 10 out of 5 stars. You guys are wonderful. Keep up the good work. I may be in debt for a car for the next following years, but I am thankful and glad I chose Toyota of Gladstone to help with my new corolla purchase

Lets be honest no one loves the car buying experience LOL, but Wendell made it amazingly easy and stress free. He was not pushy and listened to exactly what we wanted and did not try to put us in a vehicle we were not looking for. He was very upfront and honest about the pricing on the vehicle, when we showed up to pick up the vehicle there was not hidden cost. Signing for the vehicle was a breeze and completing all the paperwork with Sarah was also stress free. She was detailed but did not try to push anything on us. The manager Sami also came over to ensure that everything was good on the deal that we had settled on prior to arrival. Overall good experience and would work with Wendell again in the future.

I can truthfully say that the car buying experience for me has always stressed me out. I went into 4 other dealerships and walked right out. When I walked into Gladstone Toyota …wow…..Sam was there to great me at the door and made the whole experience as if I was at a 5 star resort. She made understanding the features on my vehicle easy and made sure I understood. When it came time for financing, Kenra was outstanding! No BS just straight forward. No pushy sales tactics just honesty and good advice. It as truly a wonderful experience and I can not recommend them enough!

Back in October my mom, daughter and I came to the Gladstone Toyota. In the hope of purchasing a car. I had in mind to purchase a vehicle but wasn’t sure if it was going to be possible. I had recently gotten in a car accident so I was in need of a car.. bad, as I had started a new job and needed transportation. Robert Askew, the amazing sales guy that helped me! He really took the time to listen to my situation, was understanding, not judgmental and such a honest genuine guy that really gave me the option that he thought would work for me, and it is! I ended up leasing the 2024 Toyota Corolla and I love my car. Honestly thinking of keeping it once the lease is up. 💖

Nothing bad but I will say the Service Advisor needs more coffee and customer service training. She was engaging but not very friendly; she missed the opportunity to discuss additional work that I needed done from the inspection report. When I brought up the work she provided lame excuses that she thought someone else had spoken with me. Just came off as being cheesy. Large waiting room with coffee and water provided. So I was very comfortable while I waited for the service to finish.

Gladstone toyota service team is great! My wife and I purchased a 2020 tacoma from capitol toyota in salem and had nothing but horrible experiences with them after we decided to make the 45 minute drive to gladstone we found our go to dealership! Alissa Alderman has been our service consultant and has knocked it out of the park everytime!

01/25/25- The gas efficiency is significantly improved. I’m shocked, because “21 mpg”, but it feels like 31 I initially fell in love with the Toyota brand in 2020, while working in eastern Oregon/western WA. I sold my then 2002 ford mustang GT, convertible. Which, till this day I regret. The aforementioned regions naturally generate hazardous driving conditions, but the 2021 Tacoma proved to be the most reliable vehicle I’d ever driven. I initially struggled with the concept of “4high and 4low” with respect to their practical functionality under different weather conditions. I logged in roughly 17,000k miles for work and never missed a shift. I think, I was late 2-3x when an hour and a half commute from Walla Walla WA, to say La Grande, OR took 3 hours plus. At the time I was a new graduate and being reliable was extremely important to me. The Tacoma never failed …and if anyone is familiar with the route over tollgate in the dead of winter, they know how important it is to have a reliable vehicle. My experience during this period was the rationale for wanting to stay a lifetime Tacoma user. Then I became obsessed with Tesla, but still felt connected to the Toyota brand. I traded my car after moving to portable metro, but soon realized the limitations of EVs , mainly the distance capabilities given their relatively recent advances/development (except Tesla). I recently visited the location with my girlfriend and we decided on a 4th generation Tacoma and it’s been a jaw dropping experience. Literally. I can’t honestly say how it perform from a reliability perspective, but the car is 10/10. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a Tacoma test drive one. Lastly, I’m interested in learning more about the new engine or something…I think Ara tried to explain, but it was a bit beyond my understanding. Ask for Ara, he’s hilarious, and will answer your question as if you were a kid lol. In essence, he knows his stuff. Momo and the owner also went the extra mile to help, so our gratitudes to them.
